Friday was the first full day of work and we processed over six hundred chickens in three hours! Saturday morning I was able to have an orientation time and take the interns up the mountain and talk about the water systems and point out the pig pastures.
I'll try to keep some updates coming during the next couple of weeks to share how the summer is going!

Wow! That's quite the speed you got there. :) Dustin and I aren't quite up to that speed yet :( But hopefully some day! :) I sincerly hope things are going well for you Eric... May the Lord bless you as you seek to put Him first in all that you do (even processing chickens). To God be the glory!
