The first week of August, Leanna and I had the opportunity to take a trip back to the Windy City and visit family, friends and relatives. It was so much fun! I was so excited for Leanna to meet my grandparents and so many of my good friends. We did a lot of wedding planning on the trip, rode go-carts, watched Roy Rogers, and walked the neighborhood. We were also grateful to have some engagement pictures taken by my sister Laura at a dear friend's beautiful farm.
The time spent with my family was a real blessing. This is the first marriage in my family so the siblings are giddy with excitement. It means volumes to us to have our families' support! We love you!
Leanna and I were so thankful for the staff at Polyface who filled in to make this trip possible. Thank you guys so much!!
